TRUST
Plain answers about how we work.
These are the operating commitments behind a Launch Code engagement: what we ask of you, how information is used, where modern tools assist, and what remains your team's responsibility.
Your information is handled with care
What you and your stakeholders share is used to build your engagement - your foundation, plan, and tools. Participant responses remain part of the private engagement and are not resold or published. Any later use of company results or materials outside the engagement requires separate permission.
Participants know what to expect
Stakeholders who take part are told what the process is, how their input will be used, and that perspectives are brought together thoughtfully - not quoted carelessly.
You contract directly with Shannon
You contract and receive invoices directly from Shannon. The website begins the conversation; it does not send you through a marketplace or automated checkout. Shannon replies to every enrollment within one business day.
Founder review stays in the process
Every engagement is shaped and reviewed by Shannon. Your team also receives a Company Voice & AI Communication Guide so employees can use AI without losing the language, proof, and judgment that make the company recognizable.
Responsibilities are stated up front
Launch Code creates the strategic foundation, customized plan, and practical tools. Your team carries out routine execution - approvals, publishing, coordination, and the launch itself. Additional support is always scoped explicitly, never assumed.
Designed for clarity and accessibility
The website and program materials are designed to be readable, mobile-friendly, keyboard-accessible, and free of popups and pressure tactics. Accessibility is checked again after the final Squarespace build and media are in place.
Questions before you enter?
The Readiness Check is a useful place to start - and the enrollment form is simply how the conversation with Shannon begins.
